A Rural and Small Schools Career Technical Education Grant for the 2022-2023 School Year

  • Are you unable to locate a California (CA)-certified instructor to teach a course?

  • Are you searching for fun, relevant and engaging expanded learning opportunities for students in middle and/or high school?

  • Do you want to offer more CTE course choice, for small batches of students, without breaking the bank?

  • Would you benefit from a grant that boosts your capacity instead of draining it with red tape? Read on!

Core-LX presents a unique opportunity to advance the career prospects of students attending rural and small schools. When you need a certified CTE instructor to fill a district job opening, one of our teachers can easily be paired with your long-term sub, parapro, or community educator that has a presence in the physical classroom - or we can simply connect to your teacher of record. Our curriculum is aligned to CA standards and industry certifications, and we provide the student with personalized learning support that includes career coaching.

We know that rural and small schools face challenges that are unique and exacerbated by remote geography-- that’s why we’re pleased to announce the Career Training for Everyone (CTE) Grant: A Rural and Small Schools Career Technical Education Grant for the 2022-2023 School Year.
