Core Learning Exchange and TPC Expand Access to Technical and Industrial Maintenance Training

Boulder, CO. April 20, 2022 - Core Learning Exchange (Core-LX) and TPC announced today a partnership to expand access to more than 1,000 online course hours of technical and industrial maintenance training nationwide.

The addition of TPC, a provider of workforce training, performance management and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance solutions for industrial and highly regulated end-markets, responds to a "nation-wide industry worker shortage and a widening skills gap,” said Jeff Katzman, CEO of Core Learning Exchange. “The demand for TPC’s high caliber courses is exponential.”

TPC courses like Industrial Fundamentals and  Mechanical Systems are just a few examples of the in-demand, ready-when-you-are content. For example, operations and maintenance personnel in every field need skills based on a solid understanding of technical fundamentals. TPC's Industrial Fundamentals training series of courses cover subjects essential to every field while explaining the latest technology and its applications: courses on blueprints, schematics, math, measurements, materials, tools, safety, troubleshooting, and OSHA regulations relevant to operation and maintenance personnel. Similarly, the Mechanical Systems training series covers the principles of operating and maintaining most types of common equipment. Course topics begin with a thorough grounding in the elements of industrial mechanics, including working with hand tools, power tools, and fasteners.

“TPC will enable youth and professionals to attain the necessary skills to prepare for and advance their careers," said Holly Falcaro, Executive Vice President of Sales at TPC. “We’re thrilled to offer one of the industry’s broadest libraries of content to the 7-14 sector through our partnership with Core-LX.”

TPC, a solution provider to organizations of all sizes ranging from Fortune 1000 companies to small businesses and workers, spans multiple disciplines from industrial to food service and beyond.
