Children Under the Age of 13.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. After a period of six months, in the event that the educational institution has not furnished explicit directives regarding the termination of data, the following actions will be taken with respect to student information:

Data Destruction: All student information stored by the school, including but not limited to personal details, academic records, and any other relevant data, will be securely and irreversibly destroyed. This process will be carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

  2. Notification: Prior to the commencement of data destruction, a notification will be sent to the school's designated contact person or department, as specified in the institution's records. The notification will provide a final opportunity for the school to request data retention or establish alternative procedures for data handling.

  3. Verification of Destruction: The educational institution has the right to request confirmation of data destruction. Such requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe, and the school shall be responsible for any costs associated with verification.

  4. Data Retention Agreement: If the school wishes to maintain student information beyond the six-month period, they must establish a written data retention agreement with the data controller (e.g., the educational institution) before the expiry of this period. The agreement should detail the scope, duration, and purpose of data retention.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by e-mail to the primary e-mail address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page.
